Job Description
Job Title: Executive Administration
Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad
Work from Office Only!!
Education: Graduation/PG
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Complete English medium background
Preferably female
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- A qualification as a PA is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director with internal and external Stakeholders.
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the Directors diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
