Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
    • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the sales department.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales team and cross-functionally.
  • Sales Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that includes both short-term and long-term goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities and threats.
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Sales Training and Development:
    • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
    • Stay updated on sales techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.

  • Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Performance:
    • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds individual and collective performance targets.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Client Satisfaction:
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.
    • Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with key clients.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Metrics:
    • Monthly and quarterly sales revenue.
    • Sales pipeline and conversion rates.
    • Average deal size and sales cycle duration.
  • Team Performance:
    • Individual and team sales targets achieved.
    • Employee satisfaction and retention rates.
    • Training and development metrics.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Net Promoter Score (NPS - is a market research metric that is based on a single survey question asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague) and customer feedback.
    • Resolution time for customer issues.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Percentage increase in market share.
    • Number of new clients acquired.
    • Expansion into new geographic regions or industries.
