Focusing on closure of sales orders by working together with pre-sales team.
Daily customer engagement over the phone. Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with Softcell customers in the assigned territory to position focus technology offerings.
Execute marketing activities such as call outs, campaigns, etc.
Fast & accurate information dissemination and response for quotations/information to customers.
Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups.
Managing to capture customer information (both infrastructure and contact information).
Update CRM on a daily basis.
