We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will provide proactive sourcing and full-lifecycle recruitment for our R&D team, supporting roles like Engineering and Product hiring


What you'll do for us


  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting for our R&D team
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines by employing multiple proactive sourcing strategies
  • Manage candidates efficiently and effectively through the recruiting process to include: technical assessments and hiring team interviews.
  • Provide thorough, proactive, and transparent communication and excellent customer service to key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers/teams, provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process
  • Ensure compliance with internal o9 Solutions policies and employment laws covering recruiting and hiring practices
  • Understand the o9 business model, organization, strategy, and drivers, impart your knowledge of the supply chain industry in your conversations with candidates
  • Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for o9 Solutions ensuring candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at o9.

What you'll have:


  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in-house or at an agency, preferably including start-up or large global technology organizations. Vertical industry experience including Software, Technology, or Information Services.
  • 2+ recruiting technical talent.

  • Education: Bachelors Degree and MBA in HR
  • Skills:
  • High proficiency at proactive sourcing techniques including Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Xray, social media, etc.
  • Ability to successfully manage to recruiting metrics, and provide consistent and correct up to date information on assigned requisitions
  • Provide effective coaching and employ recruiting best practices with hiring managers/teams
  • A passion for technology, startups, and most importantly, a can-do attitude!
  • Characteristics: Passion for design, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

How the process works

  5. Tech Round 1 An initial technical discussion to evaluate your skills and expertise.
  6. Tech Round 2 A deeper technical assessment to understand your approach and proficiency.
  7. Managerial Round A conversation with the hiring manager to evaluate collaboration, team fit, and growth potential.
  8. HR Round A final discussion on company culture, expectations, and career progression.
