Location Pune

Position: Commercial Trainee

Duration: 2 years of agreement ( No penalty if breached)

Roles & Responsibility :-

• Logging of sales orders in Softcell's in house order processing application.
• Creation of daily inward material received/delivery reports.
• Understanding the GST & TDS applicability on transactions
• Coordinating with internal teams from time to time in the sales, purchase and commercial function for sorting out issues and questions.
• Passing entries in Tally software and create PI's.
• Filing of various documents in physical and digital form.
• Assisting in preparing and reconciling statements pertaining to Debtors, Creditors and other ledgers from time to time.
• Creation of MIS reports like billing reports, Outstanding reports, Collection reports, sales and inventory reports etc.

Any other commercial task assigned from time to time.
