Job Description:
Provided technical support for Avaya voice products to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote sessions and on-site.
Server installation, upgradation maintenance (Dell, HP and Lenovo).
VMware ESXi 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 6.7, 7.0 installation, upgrade, administration, support maintenance.
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Avaya media gateways and firmware upgrade.
IP and SIP phones firmware upgrade and SIP - H.323 protocol conversion. Developed a strong understanding of the AVAYA AURA applications like
CM, SM, SMGR, AES, Gateways many more and its features, capabilities, and functionalities.
Replacement TN cards, Fans and Power Units.
Installing and Maintenance AVAYA analog, digital, IP and SIP phones. Creation of IP and SIP phone extensions and troubleshooting.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for all Avaya applications.
