Designation: Helpdesk Executive
(This is an entry-level IT support role) Key Responsibilities:You will work on a ticketing tool, where user issues are logged and tracked.You need to have excellent communication skills to understand user problems and explain solutions clearly.The job requires you to be available for 24/7 shifts, which means rotational shifts including night support.A basic understanding of Windows operating systems is required to help with common user issues.Some knowledge of networking tools is needed to troubleshoot connectivity or server issues.You may also be involved in NMS (Network Management System) alert configurations monitoring alerts and reporting or escalating them as needed.Experience Required: 0 to 1 year perfect for freshers with some tech background or candidates with internships in IT support.
