Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in recruiting for IT positions and a strong understanding of the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions, including software developers, engineers, system administrators, and other technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
