Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Technology to lead offshore engineering teams in Pune or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years managing offshore teams and 3 years working directly with clients. This role requires strong technical skills in Java, TypeScript, and React.js, as well as experience building scalable cloud solutions on AWS or GCP. A solid understanding of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD processes is essential. The Director will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery, mentoring cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects align with business objectives. This is a leadership role focused on delivery quality, team development, and collaboration across global teams.
