Job Description
To improve trust on critical data domains such as customer, supplier, product by building master data assets which contain accurate, complete and consistent information about these entities.. Design solutions to consolidate and streamline data from multiple source systems into a standard format to provide the needed single view of business entities.
Key Result Areas and Activities:
- Advance Master Data Management Capabilities ? Advance the foundational capabilities in Master Data Governance technology choices at Infocepts specifically Profisee and Informatica. Proactively analyze market trends, drive innovations and technology evaluations, engage teams and customers to determine top challenges. Lead key engagements to co-create and support successful delivery of Infocepts solutions.
- Architect and Design Solutions ? Architect and Design modern Master Data Management solutions for critical data domains such as customer, supplier, product. Create implementation methodologies, processes, templates are defined, enhanced, and internalized for the prioritized solutions.
- Drive Advisory and Consulting Services ? Drive and execute consulting engagements in Master Data Management for Infocepts clients. Focus on fit for purpose MDM technology evaluation, architectural patterns (analytical or operational) aligned with client?s business objectives and provide a roadmap for reaching the desired state.
- Provide Advisory, Sales, and Marketing Support ? Support pre-sales activities including engaging prospects, conducting workshops, developing point of views/solutions/scoping, writing proposals, engaging partners, and supporting sales and marketing enablement.
- Build Capacity and Develop Talent for the Competency Center ? Coach and mentor talent, manage flex and matrixed resources in the competency center. Anchor architects who are associated with Master Data Management. Leverage CoPs (Community of Practitioners) to support research and expertise sharing.???????
- Contribute to Organizational Strategy ? Provide thought leadership in the market, establish and run innovation labs, support GTM partnerships with channel partners, lead prioritized initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data modelling principles, SQL and data integration techniques
- Strong knowledge of MDM concepts such as match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, data governance workflow, data quality, and data stewardship
- Ability to perform data profiling, data modeling, identify and map the data sets associated with the business use cases outlining meta data, and definitions associated with those elements required by the business to be under master data management
- Well versed with MDM Architectural patterns including operational and analytical MDMs
- Experience in synchronous as well as asynchronous integration of master data with various source and downstream applications
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Profisee tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director and Data Quality Consultative Skills
- Prior experience with a data stewardship program
- Prior experience with other MDM platforms or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
- Professional Certifications on MDM Developer and Architect roles are desirable
Qualifications :
- 12+ years of experiences in Master Data Management advisory and implementation for one or more data domains
- Bachelors Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical discipline
Qualities:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues
- Good presentation and technical writing skills
- Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and organization
- Able to communicate persuasively through written, verbal and client presentations
- Effective and self-organized in cross-functional team and across different time zones
