Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage a global team of outsourced partners to support the ongoing operational management of the digital HR landscape, incident management and change management, including, but not limited to, SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, ATOSS:

• Incident & problem management:
• Manage a support function that responds to incidents
• Drive a problem management culture that identifies root causes for incidents and eliminates recurring incidents
• Monitor key measurable SLA on incident turnaround time and ensure delivery of service to business
• Business change management & project management:
• Manage change management procedures from business engagement to impact analysis, user testing and act as gatekeeper for deploying changes to production environments
• Drive a culture of proactive engagement with users to preemptively identify business pain points and opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate and support business digital stakeholders to articulate, challenge, and refine and understand business requirements to design technical solutions for HR that meet those needs; translate these requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications
• Leverage their expertise in digital HR to provide guidance to cross-functional teams including digital, HR, and data analytics to enhance digital HR solutions
• Act as a functional matter expert for digital HR projects and manage escalations in daily operations and projects
• Guide and mentor others, and inspire to pursue a joint agend
