Job Description

Responsibilities
- Interacting with global clients to understand actuarial needs and translating them into actionable insights.
- Leading or contributing to actuarial modeling, valuation, and experience studies across life insurance products (annuity, term, retirement, etc.).
- Developing and validating actuarial models using software like GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, Polysystems, Prophet, etc.
- Performing testing including UAT, regression, unit testing, and model validation.
- Driving automation and process improvements in actuarial workflows.
- Coaching and mentoring team members; support skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics or related fields.
- 26 years of experience in life insurance actuarial roles (modeling/valuation/experience studies).
- Progress towards actuarial designation from SoA, IFoA or IAI (Associate preferred).
- Hands-on experience with actuarial software (GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, Polysystems, Prophet).
- Exposure to US life insurance and regulatory frameworks like PBR, US GAAP LDTI.
- Strong technical acumen in VBA, SQL/Python/R (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
