Job Description

Required Skill Competencies

• Minimum years of experience should be above 2 years
• Experience of working with water sector projects is preferred.
• Preferred from a consulting firm working with the public sector, experience of working with Big 4/ large IT companies / IT consultancy firms.
• Mandatory experience required for technology consulting / strategy consulting / large scale digital transformation.
• Should have experience of working in PMU / PMC for e-Governance & IT projects at GoI or State level.

Education Criteria

• Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech) in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics / Telecommunication OR MCA
• MBA/ PGDBM degree is preferred

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate public policies, including conducting impact analysis and recommending optimal solutions.
• Perform GPR (Gap, Performance, and Risk) assessment of existing policies to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and monitor projects to ensure timely execution and achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate activities to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Utilize dashboard analytics to track progress, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in water sector projects

Proficiency in drafting proposals against RFP
