Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data integration needs and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design.
- Develop architectural solutions that align with the banks overall IT strategy.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ETL products
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices within the ETL ecosystem.
- Experience on implementing real time data streaming architecture using ETL tool
- Implement data integration solutions to facilitate the seamless flow of data across various systems within the bank.
- Address data quality and consistency issues during the integration process.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ETL workflows and mappings.
- Optimize data integration processes for efficiency and speed.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during integration processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Work closely with other IT teams, including database administrators, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated solution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the implemented data integration solutions.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and lead data integration projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Sound understanding of data. Hands on experience in DWH, Data modelling, Schema designing.
- Proficient with SQL
- Proficient with MS-Office.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration patterns
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
