Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Customer Retention Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and improve overall customer satisfaction within the e-commerce business. This role focuses on understanding customer behaviors, creating personalized experiences, and ensuring customers have a positive journey from first interaction through to repeat purchases. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to deliver compelling retention initiatives that drive long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
