Job Description

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Customer Retention Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and improve overall customer satisfaction within the e-commerce business. This role focuses on understanding customer behaviors, creating personalized experiences, and ensuring customers have a positive journey from first interaction through to repeat purchases. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to deliver compelling retention initiatives that drive long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Required: Proven track record in scaling Shopify sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Sales Growth: Leverage data insights and CRM strategies to drive revenue growth on Shopify.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Email Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute segmented email campaigns with compelling CTAs.
    • Design, test, and optimize email templates for different audience segments.
    • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and layouts for maximum impact.
  • Website Content & Optimization:
    • Create engaging, SEO-friendly website content to enhance customer experience and improve conversions.
    • Optimize landing pages and customer journeys based on data insights.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Analyze customer data and campaign performance using Shopify insights, Excel, and SQL.
    • Use data-driven decision-making to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
    • Monitor key CRM metrics and continuously refine strategies for better engagement and conversion.
    • Provide actionable insights based on performance trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in scaling Shopify website sales.

Experience in Clevertap or Netcore
Strong understanding of Shopifys platform and data analytics.
Expertise in running and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS).
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
