Job Requirements:
Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive specializing in B2B IT Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, promoting our IT solutions, and establishing strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients in the B2B sector.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit with our IT solutions.
2. Client Needs Analysis:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and IT requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that address client needs.
3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present proposals outlining the benefits and features of our IT products/services.
  • Work closely with the sales support team to create accurate and competitive proposals
5. Negotiation and Contract Closure:
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are in place.
6. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B IT sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of IT solutions, services, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue goals.
