Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to sell credit cards.
• Explain the features, benefits of credit card.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team briefings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-sale.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit card sales or health insurance sales or life insurance sales only.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.

• Excellent Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: North Indian Hindi, Tamil, Bengali or Kannada.
  

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary + attractive incentives.

Shift Window:

9am-9pm (females 7pm last shift)
