Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software for new products.
What you will do:
- Leads core modules and responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
- Design and develop data path & control path services for storage product
- Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and
defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership - Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
- Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 8+ years experience
- Extensive experience in storage stack development.
- Must be proficient in C++
- Good understanding on operating systems
- Experience with developing software for scale, load, and performance engineering.
- S3 protocol is plus
- Go & Python is added advantage
- Must have experience in Kubernetes
