**Urgent Hiring for the Role of HCM - Application Security Technical Consultant**

Role: HCM - Application Security Technical Consultant

Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least 3 years in HCM security.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Security model (abstract, job, and data roles).
• Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher, OTBI reporting (preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
