Job Description

Role: Junior Executive : OT
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What Youll Do:
- Manage daily operations of the operating theatre, including staff allocation and scheduling.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Monitor the implementation of safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Lead and mentor the surgical team, providing training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate surgical procedures and patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, inventory, and personnel.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure optimal functioning of the OT.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Nursing, Operation Theatre Technology, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in an operating theatre management role.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
