Role & responsibilities
- 3.5 + years of experience in Health and Welfare benefit administration.
- Experience in delivering results across Medicare, COBRA, Workday, should be specialize in resolving complex insurance and payroll issues, managing client escalations and improving operational accuracy.
- Should have experience in HRIS, Annual enrollment, Life Events, Vendors Files, Payroll and Premium, Life Insurance, Medicare Benefits, Claim, Billing, etc.,
- End to End process management on daily basis to ensure meeting client SLA's
- End to End business transitions experience
Preferred candidate profile
Good level of English written and verbal is a must.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, speaking, and writing skills.
Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work towards deadlines.
Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking.
Flexible and eager to learn.
