Job Description
Responsible for booking/cancelling and amending air and hotel bookings made using Online portal. The incumbent will be part of GTSC & shall be responsible for Global Front Office process.
Should not have a gap of more than 6 months from last employment
The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be quality conscious.
The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customers requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work at all times.
The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.
The incumbent should have an eye for detail with high focus on quality and controls
