Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth and achieve business goals as per the financial year plan, including corporate empanelment, on-site camps, alliances, and government contracts.
Identify target markets and potential clients within the corporate sector.
Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
Support the Manager (Marketing Strategies) in defining new strategies for specific customer segments and implementing strategy-based business development plans.
Business Development:
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts, and acquiring new clients.
Take an active role in business expansion activities, identifying new geographies for business expansion, and acquiring business opportunities in new areas.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Retention of Existing Clients and grow the business.
Sales Execution and Support:
Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
Close sales deals and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
Take primary responsibility for handling customer events and activities, including camps, package offers and other promotional events organized.
Performance Monitoring and Team Management:
Monitor performance regularly in routine day-to-day working.
Take necessary action for performance improvement
Protect the organization's value by adhering to ethical practices.
Monitor monthly collections and receivables from Clients.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.
Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with 5+ years of experience in corporate sales and with a Diagnostics / hospitals sales & marketing preferred.
