Job Description

Knowledge of labour laws, Factory Act, and contract labour regulations.
Proven experience in payroll execution, statutory compliance, and contract workforce handling.
Ability to independently manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and HR documentation. handling union matter
Should have experience dealing with government labour authorities, inspectors, and audit processes.
Strong execution, monitoring, and coordination skills.
