  • Knowledge of labour laws, Factory Act, and contract labour regulations.
  • Proven experience in payroll execution, statutory compliance, and contract workforce handling.
  • Ability to independently manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and HR documentation. handling union matter
  • Should have experience dealing with government labour authorities, inspectors, and audit processes.
  • Strong execution, monitoring, and coordination skills.
