Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Adobe Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Adobe Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track user interactions, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve digital experiences and business performance.
- Implement and configure Adobe Analytics across digital platforms.
- Develop and manage tracking strategies, including tagging and data layer implementations.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and UX teams to ensure accurate data collection.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
- Analyze website and mobile app performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize user experience and business KPIs.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and Adobe Analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch (Tag Management System).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tagging and data layer implementation.
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with other analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Workspace.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
