MD- Microbiologist - Part Time @ Neuberg Diagnostics

Job Description

1.As a microbiologist you will be responsible for day-to-day activities of microbiology & molecular department and other Technical Departments, Handle Customer Complaints and take appropriate step to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle Feedback from Doctors and Consultants and interaction with them on report queries.

2.Manage and train the Department Staff on a regular basis.

3.Certify and report all cases in the lab

4. Certify and report all cases in the lab

5.Take Care of Quality system and Quality Assurance program of the lab as per the NABL standards.

6.You will look into the inventory management, consumption and optimal utilization of resources and guide the lab manager on the same

7. You will be working 04 Hours duty every day and Six (06) days in a week.(1 hour remote and 3 hours on site)

8. Being an authorized Signatory and verify lab reports, you may be required to extend your working hour in case of exigencies.

9. You are eligible for 6 days leave in a calendar year.
