About the Role: Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven project management? Can you lead complex data initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives? If so, we want you to drive our data transformation journey! Key Responsibilities: Experience Level: 6+ years Project Leadership & Execution Own the end-to-end execution of data analytics and architecture projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee a Data Analyst working on data assessment, gap analysis, and data architecture, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for analytics initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution. Data Strategy & Analysis Oversight Work closely with the Data Analyst to evaluate data completeness, consistency, and accuracy across multiple datasets. Lead gap analysis efforts to identify discrepancies and opportunities for data integration and quality improvement. Oversee enhancements to data architecture, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business intelligence needs. Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize ETL processes, data pipelines, and governance frameworks. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps for data-driven initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams. Present insights, progress, and impact of data projects to senior leadership and stakeholders. Process Optimization & Best Practices Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards. Continuously improve data workflows, reporting mechanisms, and analytics frameworks. Keep up with industry trends to implement best practices in data architecture and analytics. What Were Looking For: Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing data projects using Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies. Data & Analytics Knowledge: Understanding of data assessment, gap analysis, data architecture, and data governance. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Python, ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify data gaps, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements. Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in bridging business and technical teams. Hands-on Experience: Background in managing data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering projects is a plus. Resource needs to be from or ready to relocate to Hyderabad Why Join Us?
