Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive sales for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Bharuch region. The role involves direct individual sales and relationship management with customers to meet loan disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers through direct and indirect channels for Home Loan and LAP products.

Generate leads through open market activities, cold calling, references, and partnerships with real estate agents and builders.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.

Collect and verify customer documentation in line with company policies.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing and disbursement.

Ensure timely follow-up with customers for application completion and closure.

Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and cross-sell insurance or related financial products.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
