Modern Trade Development
Establish and expand partnerships with national and regional modern trade retailers (e.g.,
Shoppers Stop, Nykaa, Health & Glow, etc.).
Design Joint Business Plans (JBP) with measurable KPIs, trade spends, and brand
visibility goals.
Drive SKU placements, retail-level secondary sales, and shelf visibility in stores.
Quick Commerce Channel Growth
Onboard and manage relationships with key quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit,
Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket).
Align product offerings, promotions, and availability in line with platform-specific
strategies.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Deliver regular dashboards and reports on sales performance, trade spends, and market
penetration.
Conduct performance reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment with growth
strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management
Experience: Minimum 4 years in modern trade and quick commerce sales, especially in the
FMCG or perfumery industry
Skills: - Strong expertise in retail operations, e-commerce, and category management. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills - Proficiency in sales forecasting and inventory planning - High ownership mindset and startup-style adaptability.
