Responsibilities Delivers verbal and written communications that have clarity and impact. Experience in people handling and support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives Working knowledge on SAP/Other ERP and any other work flow tools Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing, Quality Check Responsible for meeting the process SLAs, knowledge management Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits Responsible for Publishing process KPI's, Metrics and Management Reporting Assist team members in queries and process clarification Inform management of critical issues and employee management trends through effective HR metrics and reporting Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders Connect with Customer to bridge process gaps Identify areas of improvement and contribute towards adding value to customers Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking Qualifications we seek in you!
