Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Design and development of Steering and Front axle aggregates for LCV, ICV, & HCV platforms Deliver Steering and Front axle aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects Resolve field / Mfg concerns DFMEA, Design review, DVVP generation, analysis using G8D technique Vehicles level and component level DVP requirements Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development Root cause analysis and concern resolution Leading a team of people Fully aware of Homologation requirements Build technology roadmap on the above aggregates and execute potential ideas Experience 5 to 8 yrs for B.E. Or M.E./M. Tech Industry Preferred CV Qualifications 5 to 8 yrs for B.E. Or M.E./M. Tech General Requirements Result orientation with execution excellence Ability to solve problems Ability to lead a team Interact with different agencies like VD, CC, PP, PD to get the things done Proactive approach towards work activities for project completion Conflict resolution and Problem solving skills and Decision Making Understanding customer needs and generating innovative solutions Locations - Pune, MT-Chakan Office, IN,
