Job Description

AEM Project Manager / Scrum Master (M-SM level) Role Description / Responsibilities Driving a large and high visibility program Driving one or more teams in an agile environment Stakeholder management in a complex environment Setting good professional relationship and trust with client while push back as needed End to end ownership of delivery Handling multiple tracks of activities / PODs / projects Supporting leadership with KPI reporting, status reporting, billing etc. Conducting all Scrum ceremonies Establish proper organizational processes and ways of working with the team Manage demanding situations Identify and track risks, dependencies, issues Change management Preferred skills Prior experience of 10+ years of managing development projects including some big programs (Not support or operation management experience) Prior experience of managing agile teams Prior experience of handling multi-cultural or multi-geography team is preferable Rich experience in client handling and expectation setting PM certifications preferred (PMP, CSM, Prince 2 etc.) AEM or any other CMS related project management experience is preferred. A high-level understanding of technology dependencies and business objectives of executed projects is expected,
