Practice Lead @ HTC Global Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) Practice Architect to lead and expand our LCNC practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in 2-3 LCNC tools, especially Microsoft Power Platform, along with a proven track record in hands-on development, architecture design, and client engagement. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving technical excellence, ensuring successful project delivery, and contributing to pre-sales efforts through compelling client pitches.

Requirements:

• Must have 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in LCNC platforms.


• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.


• Proficient in at least two other LCNC tools for example Appian, out systems and Kiss flow.


• Hands-on development experience, including creating apps, workflows and dashboards.


• Strong understanding of integrations with enterprise systems for example ERP, CRM, SAP and APIs.


• Familiarity of best practices in LCNC governance, security and compliance.


• Proven experience in solution architecture and leading technical teams.


• Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, project sizing and effort estimation.


• Experience in client relationship management and pre-sales engagements.


• Relevant Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Certifications for example Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.


• Certifications in other LCNC tools for example Appian Certified Solutions Architect, Out systems Professional Developer.
