Job Description
Lead
- 10+ years of Power BI experience with a proven record of developing maintainable and scalable data products
- Extensive experience connecting directly to source systems utilizing SQL (preferably data warehouses)
- Solid data modeling skillset, transforming data using SQL as needed to meet requirements
- Solid understanding of DAX and how modeled data can minimize DAX complexity
- Capable of designing scalable data models for hundreds of users
- Experience creating user-defined aggregation tables
- Experience of version control utilizing GIT
- Experience and knowledge of utilizing 3rd party tools like ALM Toolkit, DAX Studio,etc
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest features of Power BI
- Experience utilizing partitions and XMLA Endpoint (Preferred)
- Ability to technically lead a team of Power BI Developers to drive solutions and push best practices
- Ability to talk with stakeholders in order to communicate complex technical solutions in easy to understand language
Senior
- 5+ years of Power BI experience with a proven record of developing maintainable and scalable data products
- Extensive experience connecting directly with SQL data sources (preferably data warehouses)
- Solid data modeling skillset, transforming data using SQL as needed to meet requirements
- Solid understanding of DAX and how modeled data can minimize DAX complexity
- Capable of designing scalable data models for hundreds of users

- Knowledge of utilizing 3rd party tools like ALM Toolkit, DAX Studio, etc
- Experience utilizing partitions and XMLA Endpoint (Preferred)
