Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Lead Qualification Specialist who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and will play a critical role in qualifying potential clients for our Direct Sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that only high-quality, sales-ready leads are passed on for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound leads generated from various marketing and sales campaigns.
2. Conduct initial discovery calls to assess customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, size, hiring needs, etc.
4. Nurture leads through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and other communication channels.
5. Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools like Salesforce.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and provide market feedback.
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs around lead conversion and follow-up activities.
