We are looking for a dynamic female candidate for Patient Counselor who can confidently counsel on call, handle walk-in, inquiry patients, explain aesthetic treatment packages, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult walk-in patients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable treatment plans.
  
• Explain procedures, benefits, and pricing of aesthetic packages (e.g., laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, etc.).
  
• Build trust and rapport with clients to influence package conversion.
  
• Follow up with leads generated via social media, phone, or website inquiries.
  
• Maintain client records and update status in the CRM system.
  
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for seamless treatment delivery.
  
• Meet monthly package sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in patient counseling, preferably in aesthetics clinic.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
• Goal-oriented, confident, and pleasing personality.
• Team player & go-getter
