Job Description
We have opening for the position of Aruba Support Engineer
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Job Location: Noida
Shift: Rotational
6 days working

Job Description:
Daily Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor health and performance of APs and controllers.
- Ensure continuous connectivity for mobile testing infrastructure.
- Monitor client connectivity, roaming, and session drops.
- Detect and escalate hardware/software issues proactively.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Address wireless client connectivity issues in real-time.
- Resolve AP disconnection or performance issues.
- Perform basic RF troubleshooting using controller tools.
- Coordinate AP replacements or RMA with OEM/TAC.
- Connect with customer on production floor to give them timely update.
Configuration Support
- Assist with configuration updates (SSID, VLAN, security policies).
- Support AP provisioning and firmware checks as instructed by senior engineers or central IT.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily support logs and issue trackers.
- Provide weekly summary reports on incidents and actions taken.
- Log and document all changes made in coordination with client team.
- Keep assets inventory updated from time to time.
Coordination & Escalation
- Act as first line of support and escalate unresolved or critical issues to L3 support team or Aruba TAC.
- Coordinate with clients IT/network team and third-party vendors as required.
