Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Asset Manager to oversee IT asset lifecycle management and
vendor operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor selection,
onboarding, cost control, and dispute resolution, with a solid understanding of ITIL processes
and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Select, onboard, and negotiate with vendors to ensure optimal service and pricing.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and service standards.
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Resolve vendor disputes efficiently and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Lead and manage the store and vendor management teams.
- Prepare, maintain, and present regular reports and documentation related to assets and vendors.
- Support audits and ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
- Experience: 34 years in IT Asset Management and Vendor Management.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management as per ITIL process.
- Proven skills in vendor management, cost control, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
