Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Call Handling: Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle inquiries via phone and email.
  • Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Mail and Courier Services: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal departments like housekeeping, IT, and HR to facilitate smooth operations.
