- Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair support for network devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, analyse, debug and diagnose packets and logs
- Responsible for Data Centre operations and UP times
- Candidate must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment with minimal supervision and SLA deadline responsibility.
- Individual should also provide technical support via phone and IM to onsite technicians who are working to resolve incident / outages.
- Manage tickets in ticketing system to ensure notes are kept up to date and problems are pushed to resolution.
- Handle Escalation of critical tickets lead in timely manner.
- Design and Document
- Work with client in implementation planning, Design and execution.
- Performs various network management and administration tasks
- Individual should work on projects assigned by Management execute document the project details.
- Manages and maintains the Network Devices health and uptime
- Monitor and ensures the stability of the network infrastructure
