Manage the complete tendering process for government and private sector projects.
Expertise in online portals like GeM and other e-procurement platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for tender requirement gathering, technical specifications, and cost estimation.
Prepare, compile, and submit high-quality bids and proposals in line with tender requirements.
Analyze and interpret tender documents including BOQs, drawings, and compliance checklists.
Maintain and update tender trackers and documentation for timely submission and audit purposes.
Monitor live tenders, RFPs, RFQs across multiple platforms and evaluate bid eligibility.
Liaise with procurement teams, vendors, and government officials for smooth execution and follow-ups.
Support post-bid activities including documentation, presentations, and negotiation coordination.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and statutory norms throughout the tendering process.
