Life Insurance BA (US-Clients) - HTC Global Services

Required Skills:

• Prepare client proposals and assist in product demos when needed.
• Work with clients and teams to understand business needs and write clear requirements.
• Lead discussions for insurance products like Whole Life, Term Life, Annuities, Reinsurance, and Mortgage Insurance.
• Create documents like BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRS (Functional Requirement Specification).
• Help design underwriting systems, policy administration platforms and exposure management tools.
• Support testing activities including UAT, regression, and pre-production testing.
• Use SQL and reporting tools like Jasper to analyze data and support business decisions.
• Functional Life Insurance Products Knowledge
• Excellent Business Analyst -User Stories/ JIRA / Product Management- Life Insurance Mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of Life Insurance products and Sapiens preferred
• Business Features Architecture (mandatory) and Technical Architecture (good to have) .
