We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 9 years of experience in VisualAge Smalltalk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role requires a hybrid work model and may involve travel.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using VisualAge Smalltalk.

- Oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure they meet the companys standards and client requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Ensure that all software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.

- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide technical expertise.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference.

- Travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Must have extensive experience in VisualAge Smalltalk.

- Should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Must possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

- Nice to have experience with agile development methodologies.

- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required :

Certified Smalltalk Developer, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
