Key Responsibilities:
1)Reception & Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure a positive first impression and maintain a tidy reception area.
2)Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence. Screen and forward calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
3)Appointment & Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure all parties are informed and prepared.
4)Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Assist in document preparation and maintain organized records.
5)Mail & Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
6)Office Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Place orders when necessary and ensure timely replenishment.
7)Security & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all visitors follow security protocols while on company premises. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by observing health and safety procedures.
