Job Description
- Oracle EBS 11i, R12 & Cloud implementation and support, Oracle Cloud EBS module
- Working experience in Oracle EBS 11i, R12 & Cloud implementation, with at least 1 full cycle implementation in Oracle Cloud.
- He/she should have strong project management experience, detail oriented, able to multitask, strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to influence decision makers, ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels.
- Strong project management skills which includes experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects implementation and support, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong Project management experience in handling of multi-shore and vendor environment.
- Excellent understanding on Oracle Cloud EBS modules.
- Prepare project plan, support management, presentations, handle review meetings with high management.
- Manage escalations if any from ERP teams as well as customers and resolve the same with minimum variation from project critical path.
- Disseminate periodic project updates on deliverables, progress report and communications pertaining to risks, issues to all stakeholder.
- Strong project management experience, detail oriented, able to multitask, strong analytical,
problem-solving, and conceptual skills, exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Handling of multi-shore and vendor environment.
- Excellent understanding on Oracle Cloud EBS module.
- PMP (Project Management) Certification.
- Experience ranges from 5+ yrs.
- Very good in Analytical skills.
- Thinking out of the box in finding solutions.
- Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
- Provide multiple approaches and solutions to problems.
- Dedicated to work.
- Delivers quality work on time

- Proficiency to handle complex and quality demanding jobs.
