Senior Automation Engineer @ Streamline Healthcare

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks (CI/CD pipelines, testing suites, or industrial automation systems).
• Lead the development of automated tests for software applications or processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and IT to integrate automation solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to automation architecture and processes.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Stay updated on new automation tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and security protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Java, SQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with any of the AI based automation framework, intent to learn and adapt quickly.

Education & Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in automation engineering or related roles.
