Job Description
We are looking for a SAP S4 HANA OTC Consultant with minimum experience of 12 to 15 years in the SAP S4 HANA OTC/GTS/RTC function inclusive of a full cycle implementation on S/4 HANA & ECC. The ideal candidate should have a minimum experience of 10 years in designing and configuring SAP S4 HANA /GTS module.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in configuration / customization / Integration / techno-functionality of the OTC/GTS areas.
- Expert in the Organizational structure, Master Data setup as well as integration with other modules - QM/MM/PP/FI-CO/SD.
- In-depth knowledge of the development lifecycle for ABAP, BW or Fiori developments, not limited to RICEFs.
- Aware of building functional specifications along with the Testing process for an Implementation. Upgrade, or for Migration projects.
- Experience in AMS projects. Should be aware of the service processes of AMS Incident, Service Request, Problem Management.
- Lead customer workshops for the SAP OTC- GTS-MM implementation - Fit Gap Sessions & realization and support assignments.
- Should have worked for Global Customers across different industries.
- Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements.
- Collaborates with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve SAP problems.
- Provides consulting services on both new implementations & existing SAP deployments.
- Supports Pre-Sales activities, Support Solution build activities, support in strategizing S/4 HANA adoption for all users.
- An SAP Certified consultant SAP S/4 HANA OTC will be preferred.
