Job Description
Job Brief:
- Perform Web & Mobile Application testing using both manual and automation approaches to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to integrate quality assurance early in the development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability and alignment with user expectations.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web applications, following Agile best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java), Playwright (JavaScript), and Appium for cross-platform (Web & Mobile) testing.
- Automate API testing using tools like Postman and Rest Assured to validate system integrations.
- Conduct database testing using MongoDB queries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Monitor release quality criteria and provide an unbiased assessment of product quality before release.
- Should Lead testing efforts for multiple products, including test strategy creation, execution, and stakeholder reporting.
- Enhance automation frameworks by developing new test scripts and optimizing execution suites.
- Work with the Customer Success team to resolve customer escalations and provide technical guidance.
- Experience in the logistics and transportation domain is a plus.
