Senior Test Engineer @ Qualitykiosk

Job Description

• Production testing , back logs, understanding for All product
• seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Test Engineer with a strong understanding of core functionalities
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through rigorous testing, gap analysis, and defect management
• Regular Monitoring: Consistently monitor assigned helpdesk (HD) tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Test Preparation: Develop and prepare comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test data to ensure thorough testing coverage
• Gap Identification: Analyze user requirements, including screen and field-level requirements, to identify and address any gaps
• Feedback and Input: Provide valuable inputs and feedback during the preparation of test scripts and scenarios
• Integration Testing: Manage system integration testing for systems that are directly or indirectly impacted by changes
• Timely Delivery: Ensure the delivery of testing results meets agreed criteria within the stipulated time frame
• Defect Management: Identify, record, escalate, and retest defects, ensuring they are resolved based on expected test results, requirement specifications, and proposed processes
• Status Updates: Provide regular status updates, test summary reports, and escalate issues to the manager in a timely manner
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, providing support during critical situations
