Role

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various functions. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. A key focus is on proactive sourcing to build a robust talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment Operations:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and data mining, to uncover and engage passive candidates.
    • Proactively seek out potential candidates through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent pools.
    • Promote the organizations culture and values through various channels.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies using various tools and channels.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in recruiting for technical and leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and recruitment metrics.
  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
